The Integral
Philosophy
The
Integral approach is a
multidimensional vision that
provides a 21st Century
perspective through a synergy of
emerging technologies balanced
by the personal and collective
wisdom of natural therapies for
mind, body and soul.
Our goal
is to help you create an inner peace of
mental, physical and spiritual
well being by developing a
comprehensive whole life
philosophy. A practice
that is transformative in nature
in helping you realize your
potential by providing practical
guidelines for your health and well
being. A belief that what
radiates from the inside will
shine outwardly to others as a
reflection of the soul on the
inside. Do we realize that the
way we look, and the expressions
on our face are actually the
reflection of what we are from
within? A person is only
beautiful, when their own
beauty, is reflecting on to
others. Ageless beauty is that
which come from within.

“Beauty is how
you feel inside, and
it reflects in your
eyes. It is not
something physical.”
Sophia Loren

The philosophy of the integral
method begins with the awareness
that we are spiritual beings
engaged in the human experience.
That we must be aware that the
mind without the spirit is
directionless, as the body
without form is groundless. The
relationship of each part of the
whole is what creates harmony,
peace and joy.

Through the synergy of
natural therapies and the latest
in science and technology we
bring together both the western
and eastern models in
integrating the mind, body and
spirit. Like Ayurveda, the
ancient Hindu healing art that
includes diet, herbal remedies,
exercise, meditation, and
breathing exercises as core
aspects of the practice. We
integrate the western model of
health, nutrition, weight loss
and fitness for a total holistic
approach to health and beauty.

"The word integral
means comprehensive,
inclusive,
nonmarginalizing,
embracing. Integral
approaches to any
field attempt to be
exactly that—to
include as many
perspectives,
styles, and
methodologies as
possible within a
coherent view of the
topic. In a certain
sense, integral
approaches are
"meta-paradigms," or
ways to draw
together an already
existing number of
separate paradigms
into an interrelated
network of
approaches that are
mutually enriching."
